视觉论坛的各种资源，除了视觉相关的模块有使用外，大部分的都不会使用，所以仅提供资源不能提供技术支持。资源的下载地址一般会同时提供NI官方地址和百度网盘的下载地址。某些工具包NI的地址失效或没有NI的下载地址，那视觉论坛也没有办法，只能尝试使用百度网盘地址下载；如果百度网盘的下载地址失效过期，可联系论坛客服更新。现在NI的下载服务器对我国IP地址不是很友好，有些时候速度很慢或大的资源下载很容易出错，这样会造成安装过程各种类型报错而无法安装。建议在下载完成后，对下载资源做校验和验证（NI一般会提供MD5或SHA256等），与官方或视觉论坛提供的校验和对比，一致就可以安装，如果不一致，则需要重新下载。视觉论坛早期下载的资源，那时候NI没有这么多限制，基本上都是正常下载的资源；后期下载的资源，都与NI的正确校验和对比过，保证是正确的资源才上传到百度网盘，所以百度网盘的资源基本上是正确的。校验和工具下载地址：

NI-DCPower Updates and Notifications

National Instruments releases critical software updates after product release using the NI Update Service. Visit ni.com/info and enter updates to view a list of all currently available updates.

Uninstalling/Modifying NI-DCPower

Perform the following procedure to uninstall NI-DCPower 1.8.6:

For Windows XP, complete the following steps:

Launch the Control Panel by selecting Start»Settings.
Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
Select National Instruments Software.
Click Change/Remove.
Select NI-DCPower 1.8.6 from the dialog box that appears.
Click Remove to uninstall the product; click Modify to change the components that are installed.

For Windows 7/Vista, complete the following steps:

Launch the Control Panel by selecting Start»Control Panel.
Double-click Programs and Features.
Select National Instruments Software.
Click the Uninstall/Change button.
Select NI-DCPower 1.8.6 from the dialog box that appears.
Click Remove to uninstall the product; click Modify to change the components that are installed.

For Windows 8, complete the following steps:

Right-click on the Start screen.
Select All apps, and launch the Control Panel.
Select Programs»Programs and Features.
Select National Instruments Software.
Click the Uninstall button.
Select NI-DCPower 1.8.6 from the dialog box that appears.
Click Remove to uninstall the product; click Modify to change the components that are installed.

As part of the NI-DCPower installation, the following software is installed. To completely remove the NI-DCPower installation from your system, you must also remove all of the following packages.

Caution Several of the software packages listed above are shared with other NI software packages. If you attempt to remove a piece of software that something else is dependent on, a message launches to warn you about the software dependencies. You can choose to either uninstall all of the software or to leave the shared software installed. If you choose to uninstall the shared software, some of your other NI software may no longer function correctly.

Note Do not attempt to uninstall by manually deleting files.

Known Issues

You can access the software and documentation known issues list online. Refer to the NI-DCPower 1.8 and 1.8.5 Known Issues List web page on the National Instruments Web site for an up-to-date list of known issues in NI-DCPower 1.8.6.

Bug Fixes

The following items are changes in NI-DCPower 1.8 from NI-DCPower 1.7.5.

286821	Fixed an issue in which you must run LabWindows/CVI with elevated privileges to successfully launch the NI-DCPower Simultaneous Update example from LabWindows/CVI. NI has renamed this example to NI-DCPower Simultaneous Operation, and you no longer need to run LabWindows/CVI with elevated privileges to launch this example.
371368	Fixed an issue in which temperature changes degraded the output accuracy on the NI PXI-4132. You can now self-calibrate the NI PXI-4132 to maintain output accuracy.

The following items are changes in NI-DCPower 1.7.5 from NI-DCPower 1.7.

369565	In a few rare cases, when users wrote to nonvolatile storage on the NI PXIe-4140/4141/4142/4143, calibration constants became invalid, causing the device to become unusable until its next external calibration. Now you can write to nonvolatile storage on the NI PXIe-4140/4141/4142/4143 without issue.

342622, 341027	The performance of the NI PXIe-4140/4141 range change algorithm is improved.
328629	When configuring the device in the Committed state in Single Point source mode after a property or attribute is configured in the Running state, the incorrect previous property or attribute value is no longer retained.
283258	Previously, the Measure Record Length property or NIDCPOWER_ATTR_MEASURE_RECORD_LENGTH attribute permitted a measurement record to be composed of up to 231-1 measurements, but the driver and hardware would silently ignore a measurement record composed of more than 224 measurements. The driver now returns an error if you attempt to compose a measurement record of more than 224 measurements. This change in behavior may change how existing code is executed.
318481	The NI PXI-4132 output disabled current limit is now 2% of the current limit range, as intended.

The following items are changes in NI-DCPower 1.6.3 from NI-DCPower 1.6.2.

178242	When handshaking on the NI PXI-4132 with other devices using the source trigger and measure complete event, the source trigger will no longer be missed.

Automating the Installation of NI Products

You can automate the installation of most NI products using command-line arguments to suppress some or all of the installer user interface and dialog boxes. However, starting with the August 2012 releases (products using NI Installers version 3.1 or later), you may need to perform additional steps before or during a silent installation of NI software.

If the NI product you are installing uses Microsoft .NET 4.0, the .NET installer may run before any NI software installs and may require a reboot before the installation of NI software begins. To avoid a .NET reboot, install .NET 4.0 separately before you install NI software.

How to Use NI Software with Microsoft Windows 8

When you install National Instruments software on Microsoft Windows 8, you will notice a few additional tiles on the Start screen, including shortcuts to NI application software products such as NI LabVIEW, Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX), and the new NI Launcher.

Using NI Launcher

NI Launcher helps you find and launch installed NI products. It provides you with a method of finding NI products similar to the Start menu in previous versions of Microsoft Windows. To use NI Launcher, click the NI Launcher tile on the Start screen. NI Launcher launches the desktop and opens a menu containing a list of NI products. Click any NI product to launch it.

Note MAX does not appear as a desktop shortcut when installed on Microsoft Windows 8. You can launch MAX either from the Start screen or from within NI Launcher.

Pinning Frequently Used Applications

For convenience, you can pin your most-used NI applications, such as MAX, to either the Start screen or the Taskbar on the desktop, as necessary:

National Instruments NI-DCPower will drop support for Microsoft Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003 as of July 1, 2016. Versions of NI-DCPower that ship after July 1, 2016 will not install or run on Windows Vista, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003.
